3.5 KYC Verification. gglbet4 is required to verify the identity of Members as part of its compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. gglbet4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.2 You must notify gglbet4 immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 Account sharing or transfer to any third party is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards issued by gglbet4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.4 gglbet4 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has abused, exploited, or obtained a bonus through fraudulent means.
6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value independent of any qualifying wagering requirement.
7.1 All games available on the gglbet4 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface and by the rules of the relevant game provider. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
7.2 All bets placed and accepted on the Platform are final. gglbet4 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the event of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or circumstances beyond gglbet4's reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gglbet4 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gglbet4 may forfeit any outstanding balance, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the findings of any investigation.
12.3 Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gglbet4 live chat support. Any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.
